Are dogs allowed at The Piggery & Huts?
Yes – well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Is there a fee for bringing a dog?
Yes. There is a £50 pet fee per stay.

Can dogs be left alone in the property?
No. Dogs must not be left unattended in the accommodation to prevent distress or damage.

Are dogs allowed on furniture or in bedrooms?
We ask that dogs stay off furniture and out of bedrooms. Please bring a blanket or throw if your dog normally sits with you

Do dogs need to be kept on a lead?
Yes. Dogs must be kept on leads around livestock and when walking around the surrounding land.

Are the gardens secure for dogs?
The huts are located in fields with post and rail fencing, while The Piggery has a garden that is fenced and surrounded by hedging. As with any rural property, we recommend supervising dogs at all times.

How do the wood-fired hot tubs work?
Each hot tub is heated by a wood-burning stove, creating a relaxing outdoor bathing experience.

Is fuel provided for the hot tubs and fires?
Yes. We provide logs, firelighters and matches for the hot tubs and outdoor fire pits.

What about the wood burners inside the huts?
We provide fire logs for the indoor wood burners to get you started.

Can we BBQ on the fire pit?
Yes. If you would like to BBQ on the fire pit, please bring charcoal with you.

Can we buy more wood during our stay?
Yes – additional wood is available to purchase on site if you need more during your stay.
